Take a break from your workout routine, and join us for an hour of mobility and movement. This class will focus on improving your range of motion as well as simply feeling good. We will just your body weight and key movements that increase mobility in the hips, back and shoulders.

In this movement-based class, we focus on functional mobility.

Functional mobility is a term that refers to the ability of your body to move through a range of motion in any direction. It’s important for performing tasks like squatting, lunging, reaching overhead or behind you and so on. This type of movement happens throughout the day—whether you’re getting ready for work or doing chores around the house—so it’s definitely worth improving!
